What is the Trump Gold Card?
The Trump Gold Card is a visa based upon an individual's ability to provide a substantial benefit to the United States. Upon approval, successful applicants receive lawful permanent resident status as an EB-1 or EB-2 visa holder.
Who Qualifies?
- Must be eligible for lawful permanent resident status
- Must be admissible to the United States
- Visa must be available (some countries may have wait times)
- Must pass USCIS background check and vetting
Family Members
Spouses and unmarried children under 21 can be included in your application. Each family member is subject to an additional $15,000 DHS processing fee and $1 million contribution. Including family in your initial application ensures expedited processing for everyone.
Corporate Gold Card
The Corporate Gold Card allows companies to sponsor employees. The contribution is $2 million per employee, with a key advantage: if an employee leaves, the sponsorship can be transferred to a new employee without a new contribution (subject to 5% transfer fee and new background check).
Processing Timeline
Once your processing fee and application are received, the process takes weeks, not years. You will need to attend a visa interview and submit any additional documents in a timely manner. Our team helps ensure nothing causes delays.

What payment methods are accepted?
Processing fee ($15,000): Credit card (U.S. and international) or ACH debit (U.S. bank accounts).
Investment ($1M/$2M): ACH debit or Swift Wire Transfer from U.S. and international bank accounts.
What about the Trump Platinum Card?
The Platinum Card (coming soon) will allow individuals to reside in the U.S. for up to 270 days per year without being subject to tax on non-U.S. income. The contribution is $5 million. Contact us to discuss this option.
